Vice President of Loan Operations

The Company is seeking a hands-on Vice President of Loan Operations to build and scale an infrastructure lending platform. The role owns day-to-day operational execution, including loan closing, onboarding, booking, servicing, draw requests, cash processing, reconciliations, reporting, and issue resolution. The successful candidate will lead and develop the operations team while remaining directly involved in core workflows, and will establish service standards, documented procedures, and a robust control environment. The position also supports complex lending structures and focuses on operational accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of relevant experience in loan operations. Experience supporting CLO structures, asset-based lending facilities, and warehouse financing is required, along with familiarity with loan management platforms such as ACBS, LoanIQ, or AFS. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential, as are clear written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to review credit agreements and amendments are also expected.
