Vice President, Fixed Income Distribution Business Manager

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Fixed Income Distribution Business Manager to partner with sales leadership and turn business priorities into actionable plans. Responsibilities include leading strategic and annual planning, monitoring initiatives, analyzing performance, expenses, staffing, and productivity, and preparing materials for senior management. The role also supports client and coverage planning, workforce and talent activities, and cross-functional initiatives. The successful candidate will coordinate with risk, compliance, legal, operations, and technology partners, address complex business issues, and manage vendor relationships and service reviews. Candidates must have at least five years of experience in business execution, implementation, or strategic planning, or equivalent experience, training, or education. Desired qualifications include capital markets knowledge, preferably supporting fixed income or related businesses, and experience managing complex initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills are required, along with sound judgment, discretion with confidential information, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
