Executive Director, IT Infrastructure & Cloud Operations

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud operations, including data centers, networks, endpoints, virtual desktops, service desk, and field services. The role is responsible for delivering reliable, secure technology services, modernizing infrastructure and cloud environments, and advancing security in partnership with cybersecurity leadership. The Executive Director will set the technical architecture roadmap, oversee internal teams and strategic service providers, and manage operational performance, cost efficiency, and end-user experience. The position also leads cross-functional transformation initiatives while minimizing disruption to business operations. Candidates should bring at least 15 years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 10 or more years leading complex hybrid or multi-cloud enterprise environments. Required qualifications include a record of leading modernization initiatives, strong infrastructure and cloud architecture expertise, strategic vendor management experience, and familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, PCI DSS, and SOC 2. Excellent executive communication skills and success building and retaining high-performing technical teams are essential. Experience in healthcare or other regulated, multi-site environments, along with knowledge of AIOps and FinOps, is preferred.
