Vice President, AI, Data & Data Science

The Company is seeking a Vice President of AI, Data and Data Science to lead its global AI, data, analytics, and data-science capabilities. The role will define strategy, build multidisciplinary teams and partner relationships, and deliver solutions that improve operational and commercial outcomes. Responsibilities include advancing industrial AI and data science, establishing secure and repeatable development and deployment practices for AI applications, and strengthening data platforms, reporting, governance, quality, and architecture. The leader will guide responsible AI adoption, measure realized business value, and advise executive leadership on strategy, investment, delivery, and risk. Candidates should bring significant senior leadership experience across AI, data, analytics, and technology delivery in a global or complex organization, with a record of applying AI and data science in industrial or other asset-intensive settings. Required expertise includes taking AI and machine-learning solutions into production, modern AI architecture, generative AI, data engineering, cloud platforms, and secure software delivery. Applicants should have experience building multidisciplinary teams and establishing enterprise data platforms, governance, reporting, and data-quality capabilities, along with strong commercial judgment and broad technology leadership experience. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, mathematics, operations research, or a related discipline is required, or equivalent professional experience.
