Vice President, Software Development Greater Chicago, IL Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Software Development with a strong background in full-stack development, particularly in the financial services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing software applications that are integral to investment accounting and operations. This role requires close collaboration with both the software development team and business stakeholders to ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives. The VP will be expected to plan, track, and execute project deliverables, gather and document requirements, and design and implement full-stack software features. A key aspect of the position is the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, as well as to identify and implement process improvements.
