The Company is seeking a Product Control Strategy Vice President to play a pivotal role in the development and scaling of a Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) and technology-enabled controls capability. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of modernizing the control framework, shifting from manual risk detection to in-system preventative and detective controls, and driving the integration of automated production health checks. This leadership position demands a professional with a strong background in technology risk and controls, operational risk, or related disciplines, and a proven track record in delivering control and risk management solutions. The role requires a strategic thinker who can partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the effectiveness of controls, operational resilience, and governance outcomes. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in technology risk and controls, operational risk, product controls, engineering enablement, or related fields. The ideal candidate will have a blend of experience in technology delivery and controls/risk, with a focus on Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) capabilities, automated control testing, and continuous auditing approaches. Strong influencing skills and the ability to partner with Product and Engineering teams are essential.
