Senior Vice President, Forward Deployed Engineer, AI Transformation Greater Dallas, TX Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Forward Deployed Engineer, to advance AI transformation by partnering with business process owners and technology leaders. Responsibilities include analyzing workflows to identify high-impact opportunities for AI, designing and prototyping AI-powered solutions, and translating business needs into clear technical requirements. The role will define principled approaches and reusable solutions, measure outcomes through performance indicators, and support adoption with documentation and training. It will also involve staying current with developments in AI and mentoring future practitioners to help scale sustainable capabilities. Candidates should have 3–5 or more years of hands-on experience in software engineering, data science, machine learning engineering, or a related technical field. Strong practical knowledge of large language models, AI agents, machine learning, natural language processing, and data modeling is required, along with the ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions and explain complex concepts to nontechnical audiences. Experience in a client-facing or consulting role, cloud AI services, data engineering, or financial services is advantageous. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
