Senior Vice President, Generative AI Engineering Lead Greater Dallas, TX Area

The Company is seeking a senior Generative AI engineering leader to guide the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and well-governed AI systems from concept through production. Responsibilities include setting technical direction, partnering with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and shape roadmaps, and mentoring an engineering team. The role also leads AI governance and MLOps practices, remains hands-on in model development, and drives research and proof-of-concept work on emerging technologies. The leader will oversee deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of AI applications in containerized environments. Candidates should have at least six years of experience developing and deploying generative AI applications, along with proven technical leadership and expertise architecting scalable AI and machine learning systems. Required capabilities include advanced Python skills, hands-on experience with machine learning, deep learning, generative and agentic AI, complex data pipelines, AI governance, and production MLOps using containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD. Experience with large language models, AI development frameworks, multi-agent systems, retrieval-augmented generation, model training platforms, and production monitoring is also expected. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
