Executive Director, Data & AI Governance, Architecture & Products

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead an integrated enterprise organization spanning data and AI governance, architecture, and products. The role will translate strategy into a coordinated portfolio of trusted, scalable capabilities, establish governance standards and controls, guide target-state architecture, and develop reusable products that deliver measurable business value. Responsibilities include advising senior leaders, aligning stakeholders across business and technology functions, managing investment priorities and roadmaps, and embedding security, privacy, quality, regulatory, and responsible-AI safeguards. The Executive Director will also build and lead a multidisciplinary team, oversee budgets and strategic partnerships, and measure outcomes such as adoption, value realization, reuse, and delivery effectiveness. Candidates should have 12–15 or more years of progressive leadership experience across data, analytics, AI, technology, or digital product management, including experience leading multiple functions at enterprise scale. They should bring strong knowledge of modern data and AI architectures, cloud platforms, analytics, machine learning, generative AI, governance, privacy, security, and risk management. Demonstrated success developing operating models, investment portfolios, product roadmaps, and measurable outcomes is required, along with executive influence, financial and portfolio-management skills, and a record of building high-performing teams. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is required; an advanced degree and relevant professional credentials are preferred.
