Executive Director

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to guide its strategy, growth, and day-to-day operations in collaboration with the Board. Responsibilities include setting priorities, translating strategy into achievable plans, and leading, coaching, and developing a small, autonomous team. The Executive Director will lead fundraising and partnership development, cultivate donors and funders, and oversee proposals and grant commitments. The role also supports program delivery and evaluation, manages budgets and financial practices, and represents the organization with community partners and supporters. Candidates should bring experience leading a small organization and responsibility for people, budgets, and results.
