Head of Engineering

The Company is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead a multidisciplinary engineering function and help shape its strategic direction. The role is responsible for defining and delivering engineering strategy, driving innovation and product development, and overseeing the full product lifecycle from concept through manufacture and customer support. The successful candidate will lead and develop engineering teams, strengthen processes and continuous improvement, and collaborate across commercial, product, manufacturing, and operations functions. Responsibilities also include managing budgets and resource planning, building supplier relationships, ensuring regulatory and customer compliance, and reporting performance, risks, and KPIs to senior leadership. Applicants should hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline, and have significant senior engineering leadership experience in a design and manufacturing environment. They must have a proven record leading complex, multidisciplinary teams and managing product development from concept to manufacture, alongside strong strategic and operational leadership skills. Excellent executive-level stakeholder engagement, multi-site experience, commercial and financial acumen, and a record of delivering innovation and organizational growth are required. Experience in technology-led manufacturing, international supply chains, or global engineering operations is desirable.
