The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Heavy Industries Broker to support and grow an established portfolio across industrial sectors. The role focuses on managing client relationships, retaining and expanding existing accounts, leading broking activity, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include market engagement, placement strategy, negotiations, and close collaboration with colleagues to deliver responsive client service. The successful candidate will build toward independently managing business and may develop into broader leadership responsibilities. Candidates should have property broking experience, strong market knowledge, excellent relationship-building skills, and commercial awareness. They should be able to work collaboratively while progressing toward independent delivery. Experience in heavy industries—such as metals and mining, process industries, specialty chemicals, or water treatment—is an advantage, as is familiarity with Middle Eastern markets. Underwriting experience combined with an interest in moving into broking is also valued.
