Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to drive the technological vision and strategy of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and communicating a clear technology roadmap that is in line with the company's goals, as well as partnering with product teams to ensure that technical solutions meet market needs and business objectives. A key aspect of the role is to build and lead a high-performing technology organization, including engineers, data scientists, architects, and IT professionals. The CTO will also oversee the technology stack and architecture, with a strong focus on scalability, security, and efficiency, and will be instrumental in the company's cybersecurity posture, compliance, and the adoption of agentic AI. Applicants for the Chief Technology Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, with at least 8 years' experience in a senior technology leadership role within fintech. Essential experience includes hands-on work with financial APIs, a strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements, and a proven track record in B2B product and technology development. The role requires expertise in scaling production systems, implementing security and regulatory frameworks, and a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, backend platforms, and modern technology stacks. The ideal candidate will have a background in building engineering teams, technical operations, and a strong proficiency in agile practices. Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are also a must, as the CTO will be expected to operate across all levels of the organization.
