Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead the development of an in-house B2B aggregation platform. The role will own the technical roadmap, make key architecture decisions, and deliver the migration from an existing third-party platform while minimizing disruption for clients. Responsibilities include designing a scalable, secure platform; leading and mentoring a distributed development team; and overseeing integrations, APIs, and platform performance. The CTO will also establish engineering standards and documentation, and work closely with executive leadership to align technology with commercial goals. Candidates should have experience with an iGaming aggregator and a strong background as a senior developer, technical lead, development leader, or solutions architect. Hands-on expertise in game aggregation, provider integrations, and wallet and API architecture is required, along with a track record of delivering complex platform builds or migrations. The role also calls for the ability to lead and motivate a distributed team.
