Head of Wealth Management

The Company is seeking a Head of Wealth Management to play a pivotal role in the strategic growth and development of its wealth management function. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the CEO and Partners to define and execute a 5-year growth plan, including the recruitment of strategic bankers to enhance the platform's assets under management. This role also involves leading a team of over 15 front-line bankers, driving revenue from the existing asset base, and overseeing global expansion plans across multiple jurisdictions. Applicants for the Head of Wealth Management position at the company should ideally be in a similar senior role within an existing EAM structure, with a strong background in managing a team of front-line private bankers and a proven track record in driving asset growth and revenues. The role requires a candidate with the ability to inherit and lead a current team, as well as the potential to bring in transferable assets and an existing team to support the company's expansion. Experience in the private banking sector is also highly valued.
