Vice President, Investment Banking, M&A & Equity Capital Markets

The Company is in search of a Vice President for its M&A and Equity Capital Markets team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transaction execution, particularly in the areas of M&A and ECM, with a focus on the Middle East and EMEA markets. Key responsibilities for this role include executing M&A advisory and ECM transactions, supporting senior bankers in the development and execution of strategic and corporate finance mandates, and preparing a range of financial and presentation materials. The successful candidate will also be expected to lead the day-to-day execution of transactions, manage and mentor junior team members, and contribute to client relationship development. Applicants for the Vice President position should have 5-8 years' of investment banking experience, with a preference for those who have worked in leading international or regional investment banks. A strong understanding of M&A processes, valuation, financial modeling, and equity capital markets is essential, as is the ability to manage transaction workstreams independently and operate effectively under tight deadlines. The role requires excellent analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in English. While not mandatory, fluency in Arabic and experience in the Middle East are considered advantageous. The candidate should be sector-agnostic, as the role will cover a broad range of industries, and must be adept at working with senior clients and managing junior team members.
