Associate Vice President & Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Provider & Clinical Service Lines, Finance

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President and Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy and operations for its provider enterprise and assigned clinical service lines. Responsibilities include strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance management, decision support, and resource allocation across multiple care sites. The role partners with clinical and administrative leaders to improve access, capacity, productivity, revenue, and cost efficiency, and to assess growth initiatives. It also oversees financial direction for reimbursement, managed care contracting, accounting, cost analysis, revenue cycle performance, and benchmarking, while ensuring accurate and actionable reporting and compliance. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree; a CPA or master’s degree in business administration is preferred. The role requires progressive financial leadership experience, including at least five years leading finance in a healthcare setting, and a strong understanding of ambulatory and clinical service line operations. Applicants should bring senior-level experience in budgeting, forecasting, fiscal controls, cost management, financial reporting, and systems implementation, along with a record of hiring, developing, and coaching high-performing teams. Strong collaboration, analytical, organizational, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills are essential.
