The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its Executive Committee. The CFO will be a key member of the team, responsible for the financial reporting and management of the organization. This role requires adherence to all relevant financial regulations and the ability to prepare and present a variety of financial reports. The CFO will also be involved in strategic planning, budgeting, and risk management, and will oversee the company's compliance with all financial and banking laws. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years' of related experience, with a strong background in finance and a supervisory role.
