President

The Company seeks a visionary, mission-driven President to serve as its chief executive and advance its mission, academic enterprise, organizational effectiveness, and sustainable growth. In partnership with the governing board and campus and community stakeholders, the President will champion academic excellence, innovation, and meaningful engagement. The role includes stewarding institutional resources, strengthening existing programs, and guiding the development of new academic offerings. The President will also help shape the institution’s future while building on its accomplishments. Candidates should bring substantial senior-level leadership experience, a distinguished record of professional achievement, and an advanced degree, preferably in education, law, medicine, a health-related discipline, or another relevant field. Higher education administration and teaching experience are highly valued, as is leadership within a multi-program college or university. Applicants should demonstrate knowledge of accreditation, continuous quality improvement, and academic program development.
