Executive Director

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to provide strategic leadership and oversee its operations in collaboration with the board, staff, committees, volunteers, and members. Responsibilities include managing finances and organizational assets; supporting membership recruitment, retention, and engagement; and leading advocacy, charitable, healthcare access, scholarship, medical education, and physician wellness initiatives. The Executive Director will also guide fundraising and resource development, represent the organization, and ensure its programs and services advance its mission. Candidates should have at least five years of successful executive leadership experience; experience with professional medical associations and a Certified Association Executive credential are preferred. An undergraduate degree is required, and a graduate degree is preferred. The role calls for strong financial management, transparent and high-integrity leadership, and the ability to build trust, effective teams, and positive working relationships. Excellent event planning and management skills, along with the ability to support staff, committees, and volunteers in achieving organizational goals, are also desired.
