Vice President of Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to provide strategic financial leadership and oversee its accounting and finance functions. Responsibilities include leading financial operations such as reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and treasury. The role also oversees month-end close, financial statement preparation, and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. The VP will advise executive leadership through financial analysis, KPI and profitability reporting, and business planning, while leading the finance team and advancing process improvements. Additional duties include supporting strategic initiatives, capital planning, banking relationships, and annual audits. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and at least 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including executive leadership. A CPA and/or MBA is preferred. Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and strategic planning is required, along with the ability to influence executive decisions through financial insights. Experience leading accounting teams in manufacturing, distribution, or multi-entity environments is preferred. Advanced ERP and Excel skills and a continuous improvement mindset are also required.
