Associate Vice President, Branch Manager Greater Fort Worth, TX Area

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager to lead a full-service branch and serve as its senior representative in the local market. The role is accountable for member experience, relationship growth, community engagement, team performance, and a sound risk and control environment. Responsibilities include developing and executing a branch business plan, growing deposits and lending relationships, resolving escalated concerns, and building partnerships through community outreach and financial education. The manager will hire, coach, and develop staff; oversee branch operations, budgets, and security; and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal controls. The role also emphasizes recommending services based on members’ needs and goals, with informed consent and fair, transparent practices. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience, and at least five years of experience in financial services, including two years leading a team. A demonstrated ability to grow customer relationships and working knowledge of deposit and lending products and relevant regulations, including BSA/AML, are required. Candidates must be bondable. Consumer or small-business lending experience, applicable NMLS registration, community involvement, and English-Spanish bilingual skills are preferred.
