The Company is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the development and growth of its enterprise data management offering. The role involves coordinating product initiatives across internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, owning capabilities within data management, and ensuring features align with business objectives. The analyst will lead client discussions and workshops to gather insights, help prioritize competing market needs, and contribute to product roadmap communications. They will also work with product teams to gather, define, and refine requirements and designs, while promoting alignment across functions. Candidates should have at least four years of combined experience in software product roles, along with enterprise data management experience and strong financial markets knowledge. An understanding of the investment lifecycle, from manager due diligence through monitoring, analytics, and reporting, is required. Strong business acumen, communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a global, distributed organization are important. Experience with agile tools such as JIRA is preferred, and progress toward a CFA or CAIA qualification is desirable.
