Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Group Chief Financial Officer to provide financial, commercial, and governance leadership across a multi-business organization. The role will strengthen financial reporting, forecasting, risk management, systems, and organizational capability while partnering with leaders across the operating businesses. The CFO will balance group-wide governance with operational accountability and contribute to the organization’s continued development. This is a hands-on executive position requiring confidence in both strategic and operational settings. Candidates should hold a CA or CPA qualification and bring senior finance leadership experience, strong financial and management accounting skills, and commercial experience in manufacturing or an industrial environment. Board-level credibility, sound governance judgment, clear communication, and the ability to influence across multiple businesses and disciplines are essential. Experience in a privately held, multi-entity, or comparable industrial organization is highly regarded.
