Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to help shape its next phase of growth in a regulated, international financial services environment. The CFO will partner with executive leadership on strategy, commercial performance, and long-term value creation, while overseeing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis. Responsibilities include strengthening governance, controls, regulatory reporting, and financial risk management across jurisdictions, as well as managing liquidity, working capital, and capital planning. The role also involves building scalable financial processes and leading an internationally distributed finance function. Candidates should have at least 10 years of progressive finance experience, including five or more years in a senior leadership or CFO/Finance Director role, and a track record of scaling high-growth businesses in regulated financial services. They should bring strong commercial judgment and expertise in financial planning, forecasting, cash flow, and capital management. Experience working with boards, auditors, and regulators, and building high-performing finance teams, is required. A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent is required; an MBA is an advantage. Applicants should also be credible communicators who can operate effectively in a fast-moving, international environment.
