Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead finance and accounting across a multi-market business and support its next phase of growth and transformation. Responsibilities include restructuring and professionalizing finance processes and controls, advising shareholders and senior leadership on growth strategy and investment decisions, and driving financial transformation, performance management, and commercial discipline. The CFO will also build the financial infrastructure needed to support continued expansion and serve as a key partner to the chief executive and shareholders. Candidates should be experienced CFOs or senior finance leaders with a strong record in healthcare, specialty medical care, or another multi-site, consumer-facing environment. Experience across the Gulf region is preferred. The role calls for expertise in finance leadership, organizational transformation, financial controls, investment decision support, and building scalable financial operations.
