Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to bring its finance function in-house and build the supporting team. The CFO will take ownership of accounting, reporting, controls, and treasury, while managing relationships with international private banks and external advisers. Responsibilities include overseeing multi-entity structures across jurisdictions, reviewing real estate investments, acquisitions, and financial models, and strengthening financial systems and processes. The role also serves as the principal’s key contact for financial matters and requires an autonomous, hands-on approach to building a function from the ground up. Candidates should be qualified accountants with approximately 10–15 or more years of post-qualification experience, combining strong technical and commercial capabilities. Relevant experience includes private banking, treasury, multi-entity structures, and investments; family office experience is beneficial but not essential. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently and closely with a private principal.
