Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Building Materials

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its integrated manufacturing and commercial operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full P&L, annual budget, and business plan, with a focus on driving sustainable revenue and profit growth. This role demands a leader with a strong background in manufacturing, industrial, or building materials environments, and at least 10 years' experience in senior leadership. The CEO will be tasked with balancing growth, investment, and operational priorities, and must have a proven track record in operational excellence, cost management, and continuous improvement. Commercial leadership is also a key aspect of the role, requiring the ability to lead the sales and marketing organization, strengthen customer relationships, and align commercial strategy with production capacity and market demand. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline, with a postgraduate qualification being advantageous. The ideal candidate will be commercially astute, with a strong understanding of governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. They must be capable of leading and developing senior, cross-functional management teams, and be comfortable operating with Boards, shareholders, and Group-level stakeholders. The role also involves stakeholder management, including acting as the primary interface with the Board, shareholders, and Group leadership.
