Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead its digital innovation in the lottery industry. The successful candidate will be tasked with defining and executing the company's vision, strategy, and growth plans, as well as leading business operations across various functions. This includes developing strategic partnerships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building a high-performing executive team. The CEO will also be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing investor relations, and fostering a strong organizational culture. Candidates for the CEO position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred, and a minimum of 12 years' of experience, including at least 5 years' in a senior executive role. Proven leadership experience in technology, fintech, gaming, lottery, or other regulated industries is essential, as is a strong background in commercial, strategic, and operational leadership. The role requires fluency in English and Vietnamese, and experience with digital lottery, iLottery, e-Instant Lottery, or related digital entertainment businesses is a plus. The ideal candidate will also have an established network within the lottery, fintech, payments, or regulated technology sectors, and experience working with international lottery operators or technology providers.
