The Company is seeking a Vice President of Onboarding to lead client integrations, service delivery, and sales support. The role oversees virtual teams and Assistant Vice Presidents, develops staff, and promotes consistent global practices. Responsibilities include supporting business development and proposals, managing onboarding projects and complex client issues, and coordinating data conversions, system migrations, testing, and client setup. The Vice President also manages client and vendor relationships, tracks project pipelines and deadlines, supports senior management reporting, and oversees team recruitment and development. Candidates should hold a degree in business or finance and bring at least seven years of financial services experience, including three years in asset management client services and five years managing people and resources. Required qualifications include project management and business analysis experience, knowledge of listed and over-the-counter products, and an interest in financial markets and hedge funds. Strong client focus, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Middle-office experience and project management qualifications are desirable.
