The Company is seeking a senior finance professional to oversee local payment processes and financial, regulatory, and management reporting. Responsibilities include preparing and validating financial statements and group reports, monitoring payment and booking activities, and maintaining effective reporting controls. The role also involves analyzing financial performance, forecasts, variances, and risks; supporting treasury and business planning; and assessing the accounting and tax implications of new activities. The successful candidate will coordinate with internal teams, service providers, auditors, and regulators, while monitoring changes in local reporting requirements and supporting their implementation. Candidates should have 5–7 years of post-qualification experience in finance, control, or a related analytical field, along with a degree in business or finance. Strong knowledge of the local regulatory environment, local accounting standards, and IFRS is required, as is an understanding of financial products, risk, controls, accounting practices, and disclosures. Hands-on experience with spreadsheets, databases, and business applications is expected; a professional accounting qualification is preferred. Applicants should communicate effectively in English and Vietnamese, work collaboratively, and be able to use AI tools responsibly to improve productivity and workflows.
