Head of Finance

The Company is in search of a Head of Finance to lead the financial operations of its production facility. This senior management role is pivotal in shaping financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the plant, from cost accounting to budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. They will also lead initiatives for cost optimization, manage month-end close activities, and supervise statutory reporting requirements. A key focus of the role is to foster a high-performing finance team, nurture a culture of continuous improvement, and partner with cross-functional teams to support decision-making. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, with a CPA or MBA being highly desirable. A minimum of 10 years' experience in manufacturing finance, particularly in managing complex budgets and capital expenditures, is required. Proficiency in SAP, a deep understanding of IFRS accounting, and a solid background in corporate tax application are essential. The role demands exceptional communication skills, the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, and experience in standard costing methodologies.
