Head of Finance & Controlling

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance & Controlling to lead financial operations and support performance at a manufacturing facility and sales office. Responsibilities include overseeing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis; advising business leaders on financial decisions and cost optimization; and improving profitability through working capital, liquidity, and cash flow management. The role also covers compliance, tax matters, audits, banking relationships, investment reviews, and improvements to financial systems and processes. The successful candidate will partner with operational and commercial teams and develop a high-performing finance team. Candidates should have 12–15 years of finance experience, including at least five years in a senior leadership role within manufacturing. Strong business controlling or FP&A experience and the ability to partner with production, supply chain, and sales teams are required; FMCG experience is an advantage. Applicants should bring expertise in financial reporting under VAS and IFRS, corporate income tax, VAT refunds, tax inspections, and audit coordination. Advanced Excel and ERP skills, strong analytical and people leadership abilities, and fluency in Vietnamese and English are also required.
