Assistant Vice President, Business Development Greater Hong Kong Area

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Business Development to acquire new-to-bank and new-to-loan clients and build a healthy loan portfolio. Responsibilities include conducting prudent credit assessments, implementing strategies to grow commercial accounts, and completing customer due diligence and regulatory assessments. The role also involves cross-selling financial services and providing strong customer support to small and medium-sized business clients. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline and have six to eight years of banking experience; corporate or SME banking experience is preferred. Sound knowledge of commercial lending, a sales-driven and results-oriented approach, and strong written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua are required.
