Senior Vice President, Family Stewardship & Governance Greater Hong Kong Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Family Stewardship & Governance to lead initiatives in family governance, legacy planning, next-generation development, trust administration, and wealth stewardship. The role will advise family members on long-term objectives, continuity of family values, and the effective management of family enterprises and assets. Responsibilities include developing governance frameworks and family constitutions, preserving family history and documentation, and overseeing succession planning and family education. The successful candidate will also guide capital allocation and wealth preservation, coordinate with trustees and external advisors, prepare decision materials, and facilitate family meetings. Candidates should bring expertise in family governance, legacy planning, succession planning, trust administration, and wealth stewardship. The role requires the ability to advise on strategic financial matters and collaborate effectively with family members, trustees, legal counsel, tax advisors, and other professionals. Strong skills in preparing high-level reports and meeting materials, facilitating discussions, and building alignment around long-term objectives are essential.
