Vice President, Payments, Financial Institutions Group Sales, Non-Bank Financial Institutions Focus Greater Hong Kong Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Payments and Treasury Services Sales with a focus on Non-Bank Financial Institutions, particularly Fintechs. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling a comprehensive suite of payment and treasury services, including core cash clearing, liquidity management, foreign exchange solutions, merchant services, and trade and working capital solutions. This role requires the ability to deliver on new business goals, build and maintain long-term client relationships, and engage with clients at senior and strategic levels to provide integrated treasury solutions. The VP will also be expected to manage the entire sales process, from identifying prospects to overseeing the implementation and delivery of client solutions, and to ensure compliance with operational and regulatory requirements. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, a minimum of 5 years' of relevant experience in treasury services sales, and a strong background in selling multi-product, integrated solutions. The role demands a deep understanding of the local and regional transaction banking landscape, particularly in the APAC region, and the ability to navigate the unique challenges and requirements of the client segment. Strong product expertise in cash management, FX, liquidity, and information reporting is essential, as is a proven track record in building and developing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have an established network within the NBFI sector, including experience with AML/KYC risk and control processes, and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin.
