Vice President, Telecom Greater Houston, TX Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead telecom design and permitting operations. Responsibilities include setting strategic priorities, overseeing quality assurance and problem resolution, managing staff performance, and ensuring design work meets organizational objectives and quality standards. The role also involves developing client relationships and business opportunities, supporting proposals and presentations, and establishing project scopes, budgets, and schedules. The Vice President will guide long-range plans for system operations, maintenance, and expansion, and collaborate with construction teams to deliver integrated telecom solutions. Candidates should have at least eight years of managerial experience and eight years of telecom engineering experience, including work with telecom clients. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. The role requires proficiency with relevant industry software, strong attention to detail, a high standard of work, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
