Assistant Vice President, Non Financial Risk Greater Hyderabad, India Area

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Non-Financial Risk. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and providing subject matter expert support on business risk matters, including risk identification, mitigation, governance, insights, and control activities. This role involves engaging with a diverse set of stakeholders across various business and functional lines. The AVP will also support senior management in managing conduct risk, ensuring that governance committees meet risk governance framework requirements, and overseeing the sales outcomes testing process. Additionally, the role requires providing SME in primary responsibility areas, supporting regional teams during risk steward reviews, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and control environment requirements. To be successful in this position, candidates must have a strong understanding of risk management, including risk and control assessment, and experience in a global organization. Competence in decision-making, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence and manage stakeholders are essential. The role demands a proactive approach to issue identification, the ability to work in a matrix organization, and a high level of communication and collaboration skills. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is required, along with strong MS-Excel and PowerPoint skills. Exposure to Qliksense or Power BI tools is a plus. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, adaptable, and able to work independently while also being an effective team player.
