Vice President, Architecture Process & Controls Lead Greater Hyderabad, India Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Architecture Process & Controls Lead to own the vision, governance, quality, and delivery of process modelling across its People Function. The role leads the documentation of operating models, processes, controls, and business architecture using an enterprise modelling platform, while coordinating a team of internal and third-party modellers. Responsibilities include prioritizing the modelling backlog, maintaining quality and traceability, managing approval and publication workflows, and coordinating stakeholder reviews and periodic attestations. The successful candidate will also drive process improvement, operational resilience, control effectiveness, and automation, and coordinate user acceptance testing for platform and architecture updates. Candidates should have strong practical experience with ARIS or a comparable enterprise process-modelling platform, along with a comprehensive understanding of business architecture, process controls, and modelling standards. The role requires experience leading and coaching modelling teams, managing governance workflows and supplier delivery, and overseeing backlogs, quality reviews, and user acceptance testing. Strong facilitation, analytical, communication, and delivery-management skills are essential, as is the ability to work across business, technology, risk, and control stakeholders. Relevant professional experience in process management, business architecture, operating-model design, business analysis, risk and control, or transformation is required; related formal qualifications and platform certification are desirable.
