Executive Director

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its philanthropic and community engagement efforts in support of healthcare services. The Executive Director will develop and implement annual and long-term fundraising strategies, including major gifts, annual giving, grants, planned giving, and special events. Responsibilities include cultivating and stewarding donors, supporting the board, collaborating with healthcare leadership on funding priorities, and overseeing operations, budgeting, reporting, audits, and compliance. As the organization’s chief ambassador, the Executive Director will build community partnerships, strengthen awareness of its mission, and foster a sustainable culture of philanthropy. The ideal candidate will bring a demonstrated record of fundraising success, including experience securing major gifts, managing donor pipelines, and developing strategic fundraising initiatives. Experience working with nonprofit boards and building systems that support organizational sustainability is important. Candidates should be strategic, collaborative, trustworthy, and skilled at building relationships with donors, volunteers, community partners, and organizational leaders. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities are essential, along with a genuine commitment to mission-driven work.
