The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Credit Review Analyst for Emerging Enterprises. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting credit assessments on borrowers based on various triggering events, including early warning signals and country-specific triggers. This role involves site visits for borrowers in the designated area, as well as the review and management of special mentioned accounts and rescheduled or restructured cases. The individual will also be expected to conduct stress tests, build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, and propose new approaches to enhance the credit review process. Key responsibilities for this position include providing credit solutions to manage customer delinquencies, reviewing and recommending account strategies, and assisting customers with rescheduling and restructuring as needed. The role requires a deep understanding of credit policies and technical knowledge of financial and credit underwriting criteria. The candidate will also be involved in team management, including tracking and following up on exception reviews, providing training and support to the team, and collaborating with various stakeholders to improve processes. The ideal candidate should be proactive in addressing challenges, developing solutions, and ensuring the professional development of team members.
