Head of Corporate Finance

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Group's investor relations, expanding research coverage, and effectively communicating financial performance, strategic direction, and growth prospects to the investment community. This senior position demands a seasoned professional with a degree in a relevant discipline, a minimum of 10 years' experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or investor relations, and a proven track record in capital market transactions, fundraising, and compliance with regulatory frameworks. The role also involves advising management on investor sentiment, valuation trends, and market developments, as well as leading and coordinating various corporate and capital market initiatives.
