Head of Product Design, UI/UX, SaaS

The Company is seeking a Head of Product Design to define and drive the design vision and user experience across its product portfolio. The role leads, mentors, and develops a team of product designers, UX/UI designers, and researchers, while partnering with product, engineering, and leadership teams to align design work with business goals. Responsibilities include championing user-centered design, establishing scalable design systems and practices, and guiding user research, usability testing, and customer discovery. The successful candidate will balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints while fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement. Candidates should have at least eight years of experience in product design, UX design, or a related field, including several years in a design leadership role. They should bring experience leading design teams in a SaaS, technology, or digital product environment and a portfolio demonstrating strong product design, user experience, and strategic thinking. Expertise in building design systems for complex products and a deep understanding of user-centered methods, research, and usability principles are required. Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential; experience in B2B SaaS or other workflow-driven technology environments is highly desirable.
