Director, Head of Global Subsidiary Banking (GSB)

The Company is seeking a Director, Head of Global Subsidiary Banking to lead strategy, commercial origination, and portfolio profitability for a multinational corporate banking business. The role owns relationships across an established portfolio of multinational client groups and is accountable for revenue growth and new-client acquisition. Responsibilities include originating and executing lending, structured finance, trade finance, foreign exchange, and treasury solutions in collaboration with product specialists. The Director will coordinate cross-border coverage with regional and global teams, oversee portfolio credit health and compliance, and lead and mentor a relationship management team. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, banking, or a related discipline. Strong expertise in subsidiary banking strategy and business development is required, along with the ability to manage corporate relationships, originate complex financial solutions, and drive commercial results. The role also calls for sound credit-risk judgment, familiarity with compliance and portfolio governance, and the leadership skills to coach a front-office team.
