Director, Head of Global Subsidiary Banking (GSB)

The Company is seeking a Director, Head of Global Subsidiary Banking to lead strategy, commercial origination, and portfolio profitability for a multinational corporate banking business. The role owns relationships across an established portfolio of multinational corporate groups and carries responsibility for revenue growth and new-client acquisition. The Director will originate and execute solutions spanning lending, structured finance, trade finance, foreign exchange, and treasury services, working with regional and global partners to support cross-border business. Responsibilities also include overseeing portfolio credit health, compliance, and risk governance, while leading and mentoring a front-office relationship management team. Candidates should bring expertise in global subsidiary banking strategy and business development, along with strong corporate banking, client coverage, and commercial leadership capabilities. Experience with multi-product financing, cross-border transactions, credit assessment, and portfolio risk management is important. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, banking, or a related discipline.
