Head of Finance & Governance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance and Governance to provide strategic leadership in financial management and ensure effective stewardship of resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of financial strategy, budgets, and forecasts to support the organization's decision-making. This role also involves maintaining robust financial controls, producing statutory accounts, and leading the development of governance frameworks and policies to ensure strong accountability. The Head of Finance and Governance will act as the lead adviser on financial, governance, risk, and regulatory matters, helping to protect the organization's financial sustainability and regulatory compliance. Applicants for the Head of Finance and Governance position at the company should have significant experience in strategic and operational finance leadership within a charity, membership, or not-for-profit organization. A fully qualified accountant with a CCAB-recognized qualification is required.
