Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key player in the company's next stage of growth, leading the finance function and providing the necessary financial insight, governance, and strategic direction to support the business's rapid expansion. This role is highly visible and influential, with a focus on partnering with the CEO, Board, and PE investors on all financial aspects. The successful candidate will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, long-term financial planning, and will also oversee financial reporting, controls, cash management, and working capital. The ideal candidate for the CFO position at the company will have a strong background in manufacturing or an operationally complex environment, with experience in PE-backed or high-growth businesses. They should be commercially minded, hands-on, and adept at operating at both Board and operational levels. Key skills include the ability to manage rapid growth, work with PE investors, and drive performance through the improvement of financial processes, systems, and reporting infrastructure. The role also involves supporting operational improvement, margin optimization, and various strategic initiatives such as acquisitions and investments. The CFO will be expected to build a robust finance function that can support the business as it continues to scale significantly.
