Associate Vice President, Real Estate Fund Accounting

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Real Estate Fund Accounting to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be part of a global organization with a strong focus on collaborative, responsible, and entrepreneurial values. The role involves overseeing financial reporting and management, including the supervision of fund service providers, and ensuring the quality and timeliness of financial data. The individual will also be responsible for deal support, cash management, and maintaining the fund dashboard. A key aspect of the position is to contribute to the implementation of technology for the automation and standardization of data and processes. Applicants must have a degree from a top-tier university and be a qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with 4-7 years' of post-qualification experience, preferably in real estate private equity. The role requires a candidate with strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills, who is detail-oriented and has a proven track record of accuracy. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, hardworking, and a team player, with the ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office, including Power BI, and experience in the real estate industry with a focus on property valuations and fund models, is desirable.
