Head of Corporate Partnerships

The Company is seeking a Head of Corporate Partnerships to grow its corporate fundraising through strategic, multi-year partnerships. The role will develop and deliver an ambitious partnerships strategy and case for support, diversify income in line with fundraising priorities, and secure partnerships that extend beyond traditional corporate fundraising models. The postholder will build and negotiate senior-level relationships with large companies, including corporate social responsibility teams and corporate foundations. They will also lead and manage a team while working toward challenging income targets. Candidates should have a proven record of personally securing and growing six-figure or larger multi-year corporate partnerships. They should bring demonstrable experience developing and delivering corporate fundraising strategies against demanding targets, along with strong relationship-building and senior-level negotiation skills. Experience leading and managing a team is also required.
