Head of Donor Engagement

The Company is seeking a Head of Donor Engagement to strengthen engagement and stewardship of high-value supporters across major donor, corporate, trust and foundation, and event income streams. The role will develop efficient processes and compelling materials to support fundraisers, while expanding engagement opportunities for donors and partners. Responsibilities include leading the income-generating events team and potentially developing a fundraising operations function as the team grows. The postholder will work closely with fundraising colleagues to create effective supporter engagement approaches. Candidates should bring substantial experience in donor stewardship or supporter engagement, ideally involving major donors and corporate partners. A track record of planning and delivering high-quality engagement experiences or events for senior stakeholders is required. The role also calls for experience developing robust supporter journeys and demonstrable ability to lead and manage a team.
